**Job Title:** Senior Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Leader to spearhead the delivery of complex projects within established timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project success through effective design, technical compliance, and contract administration by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment with project objectives, cost, timeline, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement conceptual and detailed designs, as well as value engineering proposals, in conjunction with construction teams during tender/ECI stages.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure timely deliverables and objective-aligned project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project managers/project teams in contract management and facilitate smooth communication with clients.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of construction documents and drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead project meetings and presentations, providing clear updates on project progress to stakeholders.

**Essential Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve exceptional results.
