Job Description

Lead Architectural Project Manager

This is a high-level, technical role that requires strong leadership and project management skills to oversee the delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate the work of architects, engineers and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Oversee the design and development of building designs and drawings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process for materials and services
  • Monitor and report on project progress and costs

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning:

  • Procurement:
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process for materials and services
  • Progress Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on project progress and costs
Requirements
  • A degree in architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an architectural context
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with project management software and tools
