Job Overview:

  • Organize trades schedules and coordinate architectural tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics.
  • Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements according to the project timeline.
  • Plan and oversee site activities, collaborating closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to ensure effective execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and smooth progression.
  • Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the targeted schedule for timely and efficient completion.
  • Verify that all works meet specified requirements, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, quality standards, and government regulations, including maintainability.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA.
  • Min. 10 years' relevant experience as Architectural Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage or projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Good knowledge of architecture specifications & requirements.

This role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure successful project outcomes.
