Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Manager to spearhead the development of innovative construction projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the architectural design process and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and construction specialists.
  • Providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to support long-term architectural plans and goals.
  • Reviewing and approving architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentoring and leading a team of architects to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, proposing solutions, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an architectural management role, preferably in the commercial or residential sectors.
  • Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using architectural software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM.
  • A proven track record of leading successful architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
