Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing projects on site, overseeing the construction process, and ensuring that project timelines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects and hotels at both design and construction stage, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for preparing design drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Additionally, you will manage a remote drafting team, build rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors, and conduct site meetings and walks for projects under construction.

As a successful Architectural Executive, you will demonstrate a passion for architecture and interior design, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction process and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare design drawings, specifications, and other documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage a remote drafting team to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore with a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and VRay/Enscape.
