Job Title: Architectural Drafter - Experienced Professional

Are you a skilled architectural drafter with experience in creating detailed shop drawings and construction drawings? Do you have a strong background in AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail?

We are seeking an experienced architectural drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, as well as performing site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection, and detail for fabrication.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Diploma/Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture, with sound knowledge of AutoCAD software. Practical knowledge in BIM Revit is also an advantage. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture, and interior fit-out work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings with quality and accuracy.
- Perform site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection, and detail for fabrication.
- Liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer, and Consultant on details drawing.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and carpenters on fabrication details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture.
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Practical knowledge in BIM Revit (advantageous).
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture, and interior fit-out work.
