Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as-built drawings, cutting lists for fabrication, and other support drawings
  • Use AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools (Revit) for 3D designs
  • Work with Excel for data tabulation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as a drafter
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin

Benefits:

  • Able to work 5.5 days a week

Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding, Doors, and Windows
  • Liaise with main contractors and site personnel
