Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Leader to join our team. As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for leading or co-leading project teams, managing multiple projects concurrently from design stage to completion, and ensuring that project teams' current workflow practices are in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and modifying all drawings and BIM Model development required by the project, including production of BIM Models, submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, and as-built documentation.

You will also review and make submissions to authorities, ensuring all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted and liaising with authorities for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies of equivalent standing such as the Board of Architects (BOA), and at least 6-8 years' experience in architectural projects.

Prior experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction, particularly in private and public residential projects in Singapore, is highly desirable.

You will be experienced in using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape, and other industry-standard software.
