We are seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Professional to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as an Assistant Sales Manager.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of SGD $4,000 to SGD $5,500 per month, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.

  • Develop strategic plans to increase sales revenue and grow our market share in the steel industry.
  • Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing and sales activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Manage customer accounts, credits, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging expertise and resources to drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field, with 1-2 years of sales experience in the steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various steel products, including project sales, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to drive sales processes from planning to close, leveraging negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills to secure deals and build long-term relationships.
