Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As an Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager in the steel industry, you will be responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel industry
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing and sales activities
  • Manage customer accounts, credits, and payments
  • Follow up on projects and ensure timely delivery of products

About You:

  • Degree or Diploma holder with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry
  • Proven knowledge of various steel products and project sales experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation techniques, and presentation skills

Working Conditions:

  • 5-day workweek (40 hours) with flexible working hours (8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm)
  • Located in Tuas, with transportation provided from designated pick-up points
