We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Head of HR APAC, working closely with our senior leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives and lead a high-performing HR team.

About the Role

  • Lead a geographically dispersed HR leadership team across multiple markets in APAC
  • Partner closely with Regional CEOs, Country CEOs, and Global/Regional business leadership teams to drive HR strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives and support organizational growth and performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Regional or Global Head of HR or HR Business Partnering in a large, complex financial services organization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Executive coaching and relationship management skills, with ability to provide bespoke people solutions
  • Demonstrated success in driving HR strategies that align with business goals and enhancing business performance
