Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, Private Banking to join our team at DBS Bank Limited. As a key member of our Private Banking division, you will be responsible for growing our business through proactive acquisition and retention of high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients in the Japan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a geographical focused strategy to drive business growth in line with our overall business strategy.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and provide sound financial advice.
- Work closely with our Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists to deliver high-quality wealth management, investment, and financial solutions to our clients.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in private banking with a deep understanding of private banking products and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Japan market and its regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.
