Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to oversee our organization's security strategy and operations. As Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategy: Create a robust cybersecurity framework that addresses risk, compliance, and threat detection.
  • Manage Risk and Compliance: Oversee enterprise risk management and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Security Operations: Direct the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In a related field such as Information Security, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Experience: 15+ years in cybersecurity, technology, or risk leadership roles within a multinational environment.
  • Skills: Deep expertise in GRC, security operations, architecture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong Board-level communication, stakeholder management, and crisis leadership capabilities.
