Chief Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to fill the role of Chief Cyber Security Officer. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security strategies across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and manage risk mitigations, ensuring that adequate monitoring capabilities are incorporated into solutions.
- Develop and review security frameworks, policies, processes, and procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Establish and maintain compliance enforcement activities through regular security and compliance reviews.
- Conduct security risk management exercises, table-top exercises, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and information security awareness training for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Cybersecurity expertise, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with security framework development and compliance enforcement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
