Job Title: Cybersecurity Strategist
Drive cybersecurity training and competency development programs for industry based on the Cybersecurity Competency Framework and other relevant competency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity training programs to enhance workforce competency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives such as professional standards, skills development framework, and best-in-class certifications for competency development and career pathways.
- Implement Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Masterplan, including adoption of OT cybersecurity competency frameworks and contextualising relevant courses with international partners.
- Support workforce analysis and talent attraction and development to fulfill role as Functional Leader in cybersecurity within the public sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience with relevant tertiary qualification(s) in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or business development.
- Cybersecurity technical certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CCNP, CISA, or Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience/certification in cybersecurity training, curriculum design, and skills/competency development will be advantageous.
- Track record in analysing information, formulating strategies, conceptualising initiatives, and driving actions. Experience in projects involving private and public stakeholders is advantageous.
