Job Title: IT Director and Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director and Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team. As the head of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

You will lead our digital transformation initiatives and safeguard our data, trading systems, and client information in line with global regulatory and industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute IT Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead IT Governance: Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications across the organization.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Establish and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity framework, policies, and procedures in compliance with international regulatory standards.
  • Incident Response: Oversee proactive threat monitoring, incident detection, and response strategies.
  • Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and cybersecurity audits.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and incident response. Hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, data management, and trading/investment systems.
