Cybersecurity Strategist Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly accomplished Cybersecurity Strategist to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives across multiple projects and infrastructure domains. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a robust cybersecurity posture, overseeing expert third-party providers, and ensuring effective response to security incidents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive cybersecurity support across various projects and infrastructure environments.
  • Coordinate with external cybersecurity service providers to address new security risks.
  • Lead incident response activities and provide assistance in resolving cybersecurity issues.
  • Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure and network security to safeguard key systems and data.
  • Synchronize security efforts with business objectives by collaborating closely with internal teams and project stakeholders.

Required Expertise:

  • 3–5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, and incident response.
  • Hands-on experience supporting IT or client-facing projects with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like IM8 or CCoP is beneficial.
