About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the incoming team in operations and handle all incoming transactions from clients.
Your main objective will be to ensure timely processing of incoming funds to our network partner, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement to ensure high SLA for our customers.
As an Operations Manager, you will be based in Singapore and report directly to the Head, Group Settlement Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the operations incoming team
- Provide training for new team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team operates efficiently and meets task requirements
- Oversee and handle all incoming transactions from clients
- Maintain consistent and high-level execution of recurring tasks and responsibilities within the designated domain
- Act as the first level escalation point on cases within the incoming domain, handling cases - including setting up processes and conducting post mortems
- Drive automation, process improvements and outsourcing projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in settlement operations in a fintech or bank
- Professional written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill
