Job Title: Transaction Process Specialist

About the Role:


  • Serve as process owner for transactions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency across all activities.
  • Review and verify invoices and related documents to determine eligibility for financing.
  • Conduct thorough checks to prevent duplicate financing and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Evaluate loan applications for compliance with approved credit conditions before disbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoice financing.
  • Maintain complete and accurate transaction records for audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Familiarity with factoring arrangements and procurement processes.
  • Able to effectively communicate with buyers and stakeholders.
  • Understand typical procurement processes to grasp detailed requirements of different project stages.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements:


  • Minimum degree holder.
  • Preferably having 2 years of experience in an operations role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
