Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate payment completeness and accuracy by ensuring supporting documents are in order.
  • Monitor system processes by conducting transaction sampling to ensure payments are accurate.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction postings according to documented processes.
  • Verify transactional accounting postings to general ledgers for correct expense accounts.
  • Provide data and information for management reporting and external audits.
  • Audit and propose process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in system design and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant parties to resolve payment issues.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualification (ITE NITEC or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of finance/accounting experience.
  • Team player, meticulous, independent, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
