The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing clients' investment portfolios regularly, making adjustments as needed to align with changing financial goals and market conditions. They will proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on their portfolios, market insights, and opportunities for optimization.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, trust, and reliability. The specialist will collaborate with team members to promote products and services and create a positive customer experience.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Services Specialist will stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and changes in financial products and services. They will uphold compliance standards and adhere to all applicable regulations governing financial sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old (regulatory requirement)">
  • Full certification in GCE 'A' Levels / Polytechnic Diploma/Degree holders (Local Certifications)">
  • Proven experience in strategic consulting or similar roles">
  • In-depth knowledge of financial industry dynamics, markets, and regulations">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills">
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous">
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships">
