We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to lead transaction structuring and execution workstreams across the Asia Corporate Private Equity portfolio, covering buyout and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing transaction structuring and execution workstreams in coordination with the Asia tax segment lead, Legal team, and external tax/legal advisors;">
  • Assisting in leading the closings of new investments, portfolio activity (dividends, recaps), and dispositions.">
  • Coordination with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and successful transaction execution.">

This role requires an excellent executor with strong structuring, legal, and tax experience, as well as superb project management, organization, and relationship-building skills.

As a trusted leader, you will be responsible for managing funding execution—including FX transactions for non-USD investments—while coordinating with our stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
