Chief Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. As Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security measures to protect our organization's assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through proactive threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing security team, fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on security matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology, or risk leadership roles within a multinational environment.
  • Expertise in GRC, security operations, architecture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic thinking, strong Board-level communication, and crisis leadership capabilities.
