Job Title: Cybersecurity Solutions Director

Are you a cybersecurity expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Cybersecurity Solutions Director to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts by providing subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Risk Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for commercial and government organizations across various countries in the region
  • Demonstrate a high degree of sales acumen and mastery of the consultative selling process
  • Support sales teams with complex product demonstrations, responding to technical questions, and managing RFI/RFP/RFx responses
  • Owning all technical interactions with prospective clients
  • Leading the technical validation process, including Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, and driving prospect interaction
  • Providing product training to support sales prospects and production client onboarding
  • Working with Client Success Advisors to ensure successful new client onboarding and solution adoption
  • Responding to prospect and customer issues/concerns and coordinating escalation of issues with Operations, Technical Support, and other internal resources

Key Requirements:

  • A self-starter who is passionate about technology and willing to take the initiative needed to ramp quickly
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • The ability to work independently in an unstructured, high-growth environment where priorities may change quickly based on shifting business needs
  • A demonstrated understanding of IP networking and information security principles
  • Background in third-party risk management or cybersecurity consulting is highly preferred
  • An understanding of cyber risk management and cybersecurity technologies, business, and technical acumen
  • A successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of common solution selling principles and implement those principles to build confidence with prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales overlay roles
  • Experience in information technology, information security, or third-party vendor risk management
  • Prior experience working in a young, high growth company environment
  • Experience with CRM systems

Travel: Up to 25% travel required for this position.
