About the Role

The Executive Technical Lead will lead a team of presales engineers, post-sales support engineers, and maintenance engineers. This role requires strong leadership skills to develop resource planning strategies that meet business needs for existing product portfolios and newly onboarded products.

Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Technical Lead, you will oversee the Technical Team's development, evaluate performance metrics, set clear goals, and provide coaching to team members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and industry standards. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is required. Additionally, minimum 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions managing presales, post-sales delivery, and maintenance teams in a technical support environment is necessary.
