Job Title

As a HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to deliver strategic workforce initiatives.

You will:

  • Partner with leaders to understand manpower needs and provide effective HR solutions
  • Coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of interns and ensure timely payment of their allowances
  • Handle employee queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and review of HR processes as required

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and has good understanding of HR analytics
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
