Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our marketing team as a Senior Partnerships Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who can identify and onboard affiliates that align with our brand identity and business direction.

  • Identify and onboard partners that fit our brand identity, business objectives, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with existing partners to drive scalability of partnerships.
  • Monitor the success of each account and create tailored strategies to achieve mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile reports on traffic and revenue changes using data visualization tools.
  • Manage contractual administration and compliance through our affiliate management platform.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end support for partner campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, marketing partnerships, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with navigating affiliate management platforms, with a focus on Impact.com.
  • Proven track record of owning budgets and meeting revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, visualisation, and analysis, with familiarity in data analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and a sound understanding of multi-attribution analysis and customer journey modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
