Global Agency Director Role Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Global Agency Director to partner with us and drive the growth of our business solutions. This key leadership position involves building strategic partnerships with global agencies, fostering long-term relationships with senior agency decision-makers and their top client counterparts, and designing digital marketing and product development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global agencies to drive adoption of our digital advertising solutions.
  • Build and foster long-term senior relationships with global/regional agency decision-makers and their top client counterparts.
  • Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with global agencies and advertisers.
  • Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional and in-market agency teams on key areas such as relationship-building, GTM strategy, opportunity identification, and consultative selling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in agency partnership development and management, ideally within a global or regional remit.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, enterprise media solutions, and agency/client ecosystems.
  • Strong C-level stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of translating business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Having global & regional experience in managing agency partnerships.
  • Able to lead and communicate across multiple markets.
  • Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales capabilities.
