Job Description
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk at our outlet, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to appointment completion.
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to customer enquiries via phone and walk-in, building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Proactively initiate phone calls to invite new customers to our outlet, meeting sales targets.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange appointments for stylists, beauticians, and consultants, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer bills promptly and correctly using our Point of Sales (POS) system.
  • Record Keeping: Key customer records into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
  • System Administration: Handle outlet computer systems, including POS, appointment booking, and other required systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required by the company, such as Marketing Efficiency Reports and Course Balance Reports.
  • Outlet Operations: Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth outlet operations, adhering to company policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Administration: Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Marketing: Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with compliance regulations and procedures.
