About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting Relationship Managers in daily operations, and enhancing overall customer experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to deliver excellent customer service, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, and coordinating with relevant parties on customer due diligence and periodic reviews.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and that necessary approvals, facility, and security documents are in place at all times.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in preparing necessary documents for credit applications and follow up on submission of clients' financials for spreading.
  • Prepare offer/variation letters and follow up on documentation aligned with stipulated terms and conditions.
  • Follow up on submission of periodic documents from clients or relevant parties and assist Relationship Managers in addressing queries.
  • Perform additional duties, including ad hoc projects, to support Relationship Managers and the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment.
  • Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Service-oriented and a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary

Estimated salary: SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
