Lead a team of technical experts responsible for the management, support, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee network configuration changes, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth operations of the Data Center network.
- Ensure the proper installation, configuration, and operation of systems and equipment in the Data Center.
- Manage capacity specifications and optimize resources to meet operational needs.
- Implement and monitor changes to system services and configurations as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Data Center operations.
- Proficiency in Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems.
- Proven experience in managing a technical team, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
