Data Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our data centers in Indonesia.
About This RoleThe Operations Director will be responsible for managing operational performance, financial metrics, uptime and SLA compliance, standards adherence, customer installations, vendor management, maintenance, security, and contract alignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement global standards and ensure consistent execution across all operational touchpoints.
- Collaborate with regional teams in procurement, sustainability, security, asset management, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Act as a strategic partner to JV leadership, promoting operational excellence and organizational alignment.
- Support operational integrity through expertise in critical infrastructure (mechanical and electrical systems).
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, applying financial acumen to drive continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing data center operations, with deep expertise in critical environments on owned or leased sites.
