Key Responsibilities of the Fulfilment Specialist Role:

We seek a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our logistics operations.

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and documentation
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch
  • Update inventory records using warehouse management systems
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams for efficient delivery
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies and handle returns

Essential Requirements for Success:

  • Previous experience in logistics or warehousing operations is preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory and order management systems is necessary
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 kg is required
