Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fulfill orders efficiently, provide customer service, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing timely updates and resolutions to their concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed.
  • Manage sales data, customer contact information, and reports, maintaining accurate records for easy access.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to work documents.
  • Suggest improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills with experience using software applications.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in order fulfillment or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of supply chain operations, customer service principles, and problem-solving techniques is preferred but not required.
