Railway Infrastructure Delivery Manager

Job Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of railway infrastructure projects, aligning with predetermined objectives, timelines, and financial targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery efforts to meet established goals, schedules, and financial targets.
- Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractor allocations, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-effective project execution strategies.
- Identify potential project challenges, develop risk mitigation plans, and address site or contractual concerns efficiently.
- Evaluate adherence to LTA, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, financials, and forecasts to both clients and senior management.
- Motivate project personnel to maintain focus on the project's objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience managing infrastructure or railway projects.
- Excellent knowledge of LTA requirements and project management best practices.
- CSCPM certification is mandatory.
