Job Overview

This role involves overseeing and managing the execution of railway infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Effective communication and problem resolution are key components of this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Plan and control resources, including manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Track project costs and ensure efficient budget utilization.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ensure compliance with LTA, safety, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts to clients and management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing infrastructure/railway projects.
  • Strong knowledge of LTA specifications and project governance.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • CSCPM certification (must).
