Railway Infrastructure Development Leader

Project Managers oversee the delivery of railway infrastructure projects. The primary goal is to ensure that projects meet established goals, schedules, and financial targets.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact among clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. This includes facilitating smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Allocating and monitoring manpower, materials, and subcontractors; managing expenditures and ensuring cost-effective project execution.
- Proactively identifying potential project challenges, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and addressing site or contractual concerns efficiently.
- Upholding adherence to LTA, safety, and environmental standards from project initiation through completion.
- Compiling and delivering regular updates on project status, financials, and forecasts to both clients and senior management.
- Leading and motivating project personnel, providing guidance to engineers and supervisors to maintain focus on the project's objectives.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience managing infrastructure or railway projects.
- Excellent knowledge with LTA requirements and project management best practices.
- Willingness to work during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- CSCPM certification is mandatory.
