Job Title:

A Seasoned Project Lead is Required

  • Project Coordination: Ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams for effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization: Plan and control resources, track project costs, and ensure efficient budget utilization.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, implement mitigation measures, and handle site or contractual issues effectively.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present project progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team, mentoring engineers and supervisors, and ensuring team alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in managing infrastructure/railway projects.
  • Skill Set: Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification: CSCPM (Must).
