The Channel Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving expansion within the partner ecosystem. This opportunity suits individuals with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and passion for fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and executes strategies to enhance Scale Solution Partner performance and sales results.
- Ensures accurate sales unit forecasts throughout the fiscal year, evaluating quantitative and qualitative metrics to inform strategic priorities and plans.
- Assesses customer Total Addressable Market (TAM) opportunities, competitive dynamics, and market insights to design targeted proposals addressing emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Engages C-level executives and partner country managers to drive alignment on strategy, joint commitments, and priorities, ensuring mutual accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth execution.
- Proven experience in Scale Solution Partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience supporting overall strategy and execution of partner performance and sales results, with accountability for forecast integrity and translating insights into strategic priorities and plans.
- Ability to engage senior leaders to influence business outcomes, drive alignment, and ensure mutual accountability for KPIs and growth execution.
