Job Title: Key Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Account Executives are instrumental in driving business expansion into key markets. They collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for market entry, identify opportunities for product and service recommendations, and analyze customer insights to guide decision-making.

  • Support the achievement of long-term strategic expansion into key markets.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to establish selection criteria and negotiate terms for technology licensing, joint ventures, and other partnerships.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for product and service recommendations.
  • Research and evaluate new domestic and international markets, developing strategies for market entry.
  • Utilize market knowledge to highlight the company's unique selling points and competitive advantages.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and industry conditions to guide decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business consultants, government agencies, industry associations, and academic institutions to generate business opportunities.
  • Explore and develop sales and distribution channels to expand business reach.
  • Participate in conferences and seminars, providing market feedback and gathering intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to support relationship-building and business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or its related field, have at least 3 years of experience in business development, and exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
