Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Adhesive Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and a proven track record of developing innovative adhesive products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and formulating new adhesive products, conducting analysis and development, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Additionally, they will provide technical support to the sales department, maintain laboratory equipment, and document work procedures in accordance with ISO standards.

Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry is essential, along with a strong understanding of MS Office applications. A diploma in chemistry or chemical engineering is also required. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and formulate new adhesive products using advanced techniques and materials
  • Conduct analysis and development to ensure product quality and performance
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Document work procedures and ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Provide technical support to the sales department and assist with customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry
  • Computer-literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
