As a specialist in product formulation, you will design and create adhesive products and fine chemical compounds. Your role involves formulating, synthesizing, and developing adhesives, as well as conducting analyses and inspections to ensure their quality and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Formulate and develop new adhesive products and fine chemical compounds, utilizing your knowledge of chemistry and material science.
  • Adhesive Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of adhesive properties, such as bonding strength, durability, and resistance to environmental factors.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and documents to record and communicate results of analyses and inspections.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to the Sales Department, responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Min Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Experience in the adhesive, paint, and chemical industry is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels are essential.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
