Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Adhesive Formulation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on the development and formulation of adhesive products, with opportunities to contribute to innovative projects and provide technical expertise to support operations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Adhesive Formulation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and formulating adhesive products, synthesizing fine chemicals and specialty chemicals, conducting adhesive analysis, development, and inspection, preparing documentation and samples for projects and customer needs, providing technical support to the Sales Department, performing calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and maintaining work procedure documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and formulate adhesive products
  • Synthesize fine chemicals and specialty chemicals
  • Conduct adhesive analysis, development, and inspection
  • Prepare documentation and samples for projects and customer needs
  • Provide technical support to the Sales Department
  • Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Maintain work procedure documentation in compliance with ISO standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry is an advantage
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
