Adhesive Product Development Specialist Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adhesive Product Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and formulating adhesive products, synthesizing fine chemicals and specialty chemicals, and conducting adhesive analysis, development, and inspection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and formulate new adhesive products and synthesize fine chemicals and specialty chemicals.
  • Conduct adhesive analysis, development, and inspection to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare documentation and samples for testing and reporting.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales Department to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain calibration and perform maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry.
  • Computer-literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
