Job Title: Business Strategy Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our business strategy implementation and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with our company's vision, ensuring seamless implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular performance analysis reports and financial updates against set targets, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Represent the company in corporate meetings, building strong partnerships with overseas governments, tax departments, and other agencies.
  • Analyze and prepare detailed travel reports, optimizing corporate travel policies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure smooth operations by addressing any issues promptly and making informed decisions that align with the company's goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • A well-established personal network of travel partners in ASEAN and China is essential for success in this role.
