Distribution Operations Senior Associate - Publishing

As a skilled professional, you will work independently on various materials for clients and prospects. Core responsibilities include producing accurate material against deadlines.

The role involves collating data and leveraging product knowledge to produce reports, pitch books, and client review books. You will collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to facilitate production of material.

  • Fulfill orders for presentation materials.
  • Update new data and content in presentation materials by gathering data from industry-related sources.
  • Review materials for accuracy and escalate inaccuracies.
  • Proofread materials to comply with quality assurance standards.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure accurate collation and completion of material.

Additionally, the role requires:

  • Formatting data and creating charts for mass market consumption.
  • Translating raw data into practical and easy-to-use content.
  • Assisting with department workflow and identifying resources required to deliver publications.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in desktop publishing in the finance industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
