Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent graphic design skills, strong portfolio, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume workloads, creating effective advertising campaigns, and working collaboratively with the marketing team and broader organization.
  • They will also refine designs worked on by other designers or team members, design materials as requested by the Marketing Communications Manager/Executive, and discuss creative briefs with the Sales Team.
  • In addition, they will conceptualize, design, execute, and print visual graphics, design promotional materials for brand campaigns, and prepare in-house graphics/artwork for posters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be technically competent in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Office, and be PC/MAC literate.
  • Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Show great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva is a plus.
