Job Description:

The role involves overseeing the administration, operations, and control of specialized case management programmes.

Key responsibilities include recommending policies and practices for efficient service delivery, implementing those policies, driving outreach activities, developing and implementing programmes to engage persons with disabilities and caregivers, supervising a team, leading in developing service models, monitoring service delivery, achieving key performance indicators, and keeping abreast of latest developments in service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master or Bachelor degree in any discipline related to social work or health science.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing programmes for persons with disabilities.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Communicative, persuasive, and able to encourage and motivate the team.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of the sector and dynamics.
