
Office Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating office maintenance, and liaising with vendors to ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the main liaison for all stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns related to office maintenance, including upkeep of cleanliness, repair and replacement of faulty equipment and furniture, and maintenance of office comfortability.
- Maintenance Coordination
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks, including necessary procurement, to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and free from disruption to business operations.
- Vendor Management
- Identify, communicate with, and coordinate with service vendors for repairs, cleaning, and other maintenance services, ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and provide regular updates.
- Issue Resolution
- Address any issues or emergencies that arise in the office promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve them.
