Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Your primary duties will include:
  1. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and plant ancillaries
  2. Managing day-to-day maintenance activities and attending daily maintenance toolbox meetings
  3. Allocating manpower and supervising staff in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
  4. Assisting in monitoring and replenishing spares in the store and purchasing essential spares for maintenance works
  5. Ensuring proper filling and documentation of administrative, maintenance, and service works
  6. Ensuring safety during maintenance and service activities conducted by staff and contractors
  7. Responding promptly to emergency calls to minimize operation impacts and enhance reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Diploma or National ITE Certificate in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience equivalent to Process Plant, Power Plant, Environment, or oil & gas industry
  • Knowledge and experience of modern Health, Safety, and Environmental practices
  • Able to interpret as-built drawings, AutoCad drawings, and P&ID diagrams
  • Ability to work independently, positively, and as part of a good team-player
  • Proficient in basic office computer software
